Greater Neb. Athletic Conf. TourneyKearney Bearcat wrestling team had a slow start saturday at the "Greater Nebraska Atheletic Conference Meet" with a large number of byes the first round. What a topsy turvy world we live in. We are reminded of this with the opening of another state tournament. A tournament that is always filled with tears, blood ,heartache and the fulfilment of dreams. The Bearcat's, coming off of five straight tournament wins, and carrying 14 state qualifiers begin there quest....at the quest.The day is full emotions and for both the wrestlers and the coaches.
